APPOINTMENTS
We kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out any necessary forms. Please note, if your treatment is delayed due to late arrival, it will likely end as scheduled so that the next guest is not inconvenienced.
CANCELATION POLICY
Please respect our 48 hour cancelation policy. Please note that we require a credit card to hold all appointments and will charge a $50 fee for any missed appointment that is not canceled prior to our 48 hour cancellation time.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Eden Day Spa has gift certificates that can be purchased online or at the spa. We can ship out our gift certificates as well. Our gift certificates are great for any occasion for those special people in your life. They make the perfect gift for birthdays, holidays, showers, weddings, anniversaries, Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Father’s Day, and just because!
PAYMENT
The spa accepts cash and all major credit cards. Therapists prefer gratuities in the form of cash or personal checks.
RETURN POLICY
All products sales are final. Unopened products may be returned for spa credit within 7 days of purchase.
